Lamborghini EEE PC VX6

There are not many laptops around that are influenced by the design of cars and there is only one laptop that has a design based on the cool Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 Roadster and yet Asus have felt the need to upgrade this style icon to make it more powerful under the hood.

When the Lamborghini inspired Eee PC VX6 was launched it was powered by the Intel Atom D525 (Dual Core; 1.8 GHz) Processor and the graphics came from the Intel NM10 Express Chipset, but as all sports car fans will know it is all about innovation and development. As such Asus have decided to step up a gear or two by installing the 2.13 GHz Intel Atom D2700 Cedar Trail processor and AMD Radeon 6470M graphics card to improve performance.

This stylish ASUS-AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI Eee PC VX6 laptop offers a 12.1 inch LED Back light high definition screen with a 1366 x 768 of pixel resolution and a built in 1.3 mega pixel web camera. It is now powered by the Intel Atom 2.13 GHz D2700 Cedar Trail chip and graphics come from the AMD Radeon 6470M graphics card.


Memory is up to 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and for storage, there is a 2.5 inch SATA with either 250 GB or 320 GB hard disk drive (HDD) and 500 GB of Web Storage with a complimentary one year trial of the ASUS Web Storage. Other features include 1 x standard USB 2.0, 2 x superfast USB 3.0, a HDMI port for connecting to an external display and a multi card reader SD, SDHC, SDXC & MMC.

When it comes to connectivity the laptop has a WLAN 802.11 b/g/n @2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and there is Bluetooth V 3.0 as an optional extra. The size of this laptop is 297 mm x 204 mm x 28.67 mm (WxDxH) and it weighs in at 1.5 Kgs (including the six cell battery).
